Business Model & Inventory Ownership

Première Peau is the exclusive owner and operator of the brand “Première Peau”.

We do not use dropshipping, we do not use white label.  All products are developed in-house, manufactured under exclusive agreements, and stored in our secured warehouses in:

  • Northern France 

  • The Netherlands 

Every product listed on our website is physically in our inventory and shipped directly by us or our logistic partner Hive Technologies.

 

 

Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Shipping Carriers: Colissimo, DHL Express, Evertrans, Hive Fulfillment

  • Dispatch Time: 2-3 business days from order confirmation

  • Delivery Times:

    • France: 1–5 business days

    • EU: 2–10 business days

    • International: 5–15 business days (via express carriers)

     

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with EU Consumer Protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds issued within 5–7 business days of return validation.

  • Première Peau is a fully independent, founder-owned brand.

  • All fragrances are proprietary, formulated under exclusive contracts with French perfumers.

  • Packaging, branding, and bottle designs are custom-developed and legally protected.

  • All images, texts, and product descriptions on our website are original and copyrighted.
