Standard delivery is free to France, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and the Baltic states. Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and the rest of Europe ship free on orders under €200. Other destinations pay a standard rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Perfume is a sealed hygiene product: an unsealed bottle stays sold. Send back a sealed bottle in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery (7 days in the USA) for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost, except for verified damage or defect claims, where we cover return shipping. To try several at once, take the Discovery Set.

Short answer: by the time a small house pays for high-grade oil, a fragrance developed over months (not weeks), hand-blown glass, French manufacturing, and fair wages, the margin is thinner than you'd expect.

Longer answer: Each bottle is individually mouth-blown. Every formula is macerated for up to 6 months. There are no celebrity endorsements, no billion-dollar ad campaigns. What you pay for is what's inside the bottle and the craft behind it.

The concentration is 20% in alcohol at 78% vol. We add no water and no fillers. What hits your skin is the formula and nothing else.

Every formula macerates six to ten weeks at minimum. Some need six months, so they get six months. We skip aggressive filtration and reckless stabilisation: the juice keeps its body.

Both, by choice. Absolutes, concretes, resinoids, CO2 extracts and reconstitutions work side by side in the same formula. We choose each material for its effect on skin, not for the origin on its label.

Every formula is IFRA-compliant at time of production. This is not "clean" perfume and does not claim to be. Full INCI lists are available for every fragrance. If your skin is sensitive, patch test before wearing.

We tint each composition to match its identity. The color builds from natural extracts, saffron and resins among them, plus selected colorants. Batches vary slightly, and we let them.

The design caps the flacon diameter at 75 to 80mm, and mouth-blown glass varies from piece to piece, volume included. We announce the minimum you will receive, 50 or 90ml, rather than promise 55 or 100.

Orders within the European Union include VAT: nothing more to pay on delivery. Outside the EU, orders ship DAP: import duties and taxes are set by your country and payable by you on delivery. We do not estimate them.

Borosilicate glass takes impact and temperature swings far better than standard glass. Each parcel carries custom inserts and travels double-boxed. If a bottle arrives damaged all the same, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and of the parcel and shipping label (full requirements in our Shipping Policy). Once your claim is validated, we replace or refund it.
