The Full Story

Pink Himalayan salt is rock salt mined from the Khewr a Salt Mine in Punjab, Pakistan. Its pink col or comes from trace iron oxide. The scent is clean, mineral, and faintly metallic -- warmer and more complex than clean table salt, which is purely sodium chloride. In perfumery, the note adds mineral-salty qualities to marine, skin-musk, and conceptual compositions.
