Why pause U.S. orders?
When networks are saturated, exception handling can slow down both delivery and customer care.
We prefer to ship less, and support better—so timelines stay predictable and tracking stays clean.
I already placed a U.S. order — is it affected?
Existing U.S. orders are not cancelled by this notice. They continue to be processed and delivered normally.
What is a DGD (Dangerous Goods Declaration)?
A DGD is a formal transport declaration used for certain regulated goods (often for air transport).
Perfume can be regulated due to alcohol content, which may require documentation and specific acceptance checks depending on route and carrier.
My tracking has not updated — what should I do?
In peak season, tracking scans can lag while parcels continue moving.
Please email us with your order number and your tracking link (if available). We will investigate and, when needed, escalate with the carrier.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes in the U.S.?
Depending on the shipment, U.S. imports may incur duties/taxes charged by local authorities. When applicable, these are typically billed to the recipient.
When will U.S. shipping reopen?
We will reassess after peak season once delivery windows stabilize and service becomes consistently reliable again.
EU/UK & most regions: shipping continues as normal.
