Scent

Green-herbal at the core, with a juicy pineapple brightness that separates it from purely leafy materials. The green quality is not cut-grass but more herbaceous -- crushed stems and aromatic leaves. The pineapple is not gourm and-sweet but tart and vivid. Together they create an effect like slicing a pineapple on a wooden cutting board surrounded by herbs.

The Full Story

Pharaone is a a maj or arom a-chemical supplier molecule with a particular green-herbal and fruity-pineapple odor profile. The compound (C13H20O) has dual CAS numbers (25265-71-8 / 313973-37-4) and is supplied at 10% in DPG due to its extreme potency.

The molecule occupies an unusual space in the perfumer's palette: genuinely green and herbal fundamentally, but with a persistent, juicy pineapple quality that lifts it out of purely leafy territory. This combinati on makes it effective for both naturalistic green effects and tropical-fruity compositions.

Pharaone's fixation improves dramatically when combined with materials like Spirogalbanone, extending its effects from the top note through the drydown. Used alone, it can feel somewhat fleeting; in combination, it becomes a structural element that marks a composition from opening to finish.
